種をまき、その年最初に収穫した１番刈を１００％使用しているため、栄養バランスがとても良く繊維質も豊富です。また、圧縮率の低い「シングルプレス」加工を採用しているため、茎や穂が潰れず自然に近い姿でペットたちに牧草を与えることが出来ます。ロングタイプの牧草を使用しているため、敷材としてもお勧めです。保存に便利なチャック付袋に入れてあります。

うちでは、いろいろ試した結果charmさんのスーパープレミアムホースチモシーを与えています。

当初は国内産だったのですが、原発事故などもあったことも影響してアメリカ産にしました。海外のものが安全かどうかというのも難しいですが・・・。
